HAppy Canadian Thanksgiving........Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanksgiving happy for me NOT!!!!!! I hate with a passion all flippen holidays.. My idea this year was for all of my family to go out and eat at a fancy resturant this year. BUt OH!!
no we can't do that THanksgiving is for families to get together and rejoice that we are a family... Yeah ! Ok!!!! Whatever...
So where were the family when the turkey was going in the oven and where they be when the potatoes need to be peeled.. I will tell you...NOT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
HAppiness was taken out of my holidays when I got married.. And that was 30 yrs ago this NOvember...WOw!! THAts a long time isn't it...
Two month ago today my best Friend Eleanore died.She would have been here for supper she has beenat my suppers for almost 25 yrs.. But this had to be the year that I ran out of sage for the dressing didn't it...Her and I use to have a herb garden together and we would always dry down the sage ect....BUT not this year. GOd took her home to be with him.... I understand why she died...But what I can't understand is why I didn't pay more attention to what she was doing when we did are stuff together like the drying down of the herbs and many other things..Maybe I just thought that she would be arround forever.. So this year I have learned not to take life for granite.
I have also learned that when you stick up for something you believe in and win that fight the feeling that comes from that is good..
I have also come to realize that hubby would rather be working for his boss right now then helping me.I have learned that I am a big push over.ANd I have learned that when life throws you lemons that you are suspose to make lemon-aid..So how come I can't find the right tool to make that lemonaid.
I feel like I keep banging my head up against the wall every year. I HATE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!
